Shipping and Store Pickup – (SHOP) Online Orders Policy

SHIPPING ADDRESS

GenesisHairSalon.net ships within the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to international addresses at this time.

Orders cannot be split to ship to more than one address at a time. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates for orders placed on GenesisHairSalon.net vary by region and order size. Please check your shopping cart for the shipping rates for your order - click "Shipping (Estimated 2-3 Business Days)" below Order Subtotal.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment with tracking information where available for your package. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. You can check your order status by contacting Customer Care at 909-XXX-XXXX or email us and a Representative will assist you. Call during regular business hours for fastest response.

DELIVERY TIMES

Generally, you should receive your product within 2-5 business days once your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation of shipment by email once your order is processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 

STORE PICKUP

How Store Pickup Works

Place your order online and pick it up for FREE as soon as the next business day.

Service available ONLY at our Grand Terrace, California salon location.

Things to know about Store Pickup:

  • Upon checking out, you will see the shipping options.

  • Select "Store Pickup" if you can make it to our salon located in Grand Terrance, California.

  • You cannot change this option once the order is placed. 

    • If you select Store Pickup, the order cannot be changed to Shipping.​

    • If you select to have the order Shipped, it cannot be changed to Store Pickup.

    • To change the shipping method, the order must be cancelled and a new order generated.

  • Instructions and address will be provided in your email receipt.

  • We'll confirm your order by emailing you when it's ready.

  • Pick up your order at the reception counter and show a valid photo I.D.

    • For our and your protection, orders can ONLY be picked up by the person who placed the order, or by the person who's name appears on the payment method.

  • Pick up your order at the reception counter and show a valid photo I.D.

  • Orders will be held for 30 days after the transaction has been processed.
